However, colours and appearance can vary depending on your device or screen, photography and lighting, and natural differences between individual products.
Natural Miswak variation
Miswak is a natural plant product.
Differences in characteristics such as colour, diameter, shape, texture and surface appearance can occur naturally between individual sticks.
Changes in appearance can also occur depending on storage conditions, temperature and exposure after opening.
Natural variation does not necessarily indicate that a product is faulty.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through the Sunnah Store website, you are offering to purchase the selected products.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review your products, quantities, delivery information, applicable delivery charges and total price.
Please check your information carefully before completing your purchase.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation.
A contract between you and Sunnah Store is formed when we accept your order in accordance with our checkout and order-confirmation process.
If we are unable to accept an order, we will let you know and will not charge you for products we cannot supply, or will refund any payment already collected where appropriate.
5. When We May Not Accept an Order
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, delivery to the requested location is unavailable, applicable purchase restrictions have not been met, or we are otherwise unable lawfully to fulfil the order.
Where payment has already been collected for an order that we subsequently cannot fulfil, we will provide the appropriate refund.

If you arrange your own carrier independently rather than using a delivery option offered by us, different rules may apply.

11. Sealed Miswak & Hygiene
Each Sunnah Store Miswak is individually sealed.
Where a product is sealed for health or hygiene reasons and is unsuitable for return once unsealed, statutory change-of-mind rights may be affected once the seal has been opened where the relevant legal exception applies.
We therefore recommend checking your product and packaging before opening the individual seal.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described or otherwise not compliant with applicable consumer law.

12. Faulty or Incorrect Products
We want every Sunnah Store order to arrive in the condition and quality you should reasonably expect.

14. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, Sunnah Store may offer promotions or discount codes.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers have no cash alternative, offers may be subject to expiry dates or eligibility requirements, certain products or subscriptions may be excluded, codes may not be combined with other promotions, and promotional benefits may be limited to one per customer or household where stated.
We will not withdraw a promotion retrospectively from an order that has already been validly accepted merely because the promotion later ends.
15. Complimentary Products & Gifts
We may occasionally include complimentary products, samples, accessories or subscriber benefits.
