These Subscription Terms apply when you purchase a recurring subscription from Sunnah Store.
They should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Delivery Information, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. How Your Subscription Works
When you subscribe to an eligible Sunnah Store product, you are placing a recurring order.
You choose:
- The subscription product or quantity
- Your preferred delivery frequency
- The delivery address
- Your payment method
Your subscription will continue automatically at the frequency you have selected until you pause or cancel it.
There is no minimum commitment on our flexible Miswak subscriptions unless a particular offer clearly states otherwise before you subscribe.
2. Subscription Pricing
The price applicable to your subscription will be clearly displayed before you place your order.
Your selected payment method will be charged automatically for each recurring order.
Where standard delivery is shown as included with your subscription, no separate standard-delivery charge will be added to that subscription order.
Any optional premium or alternative delivery method may carry an additional charge where offered.
3. When Will I Be Charged?
You will be charged when you first place your subscription order.
After that, your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to the delivery frequency you have chosen.
Your next scheduled order or billing date will be shown in your subscription account where available.
Sunnah Store should send an upcoming-order reminder before each recurring payment is processed.
4. Changing Your Delivery Frequency
You’re in control of how often your Miswak arrives.
You can change your available delivery frequency through your subscription account.
Changes should be made before your next scheduled order is processed in order to apply to that order.

5. Skipping a Delivery
Don’t need another delivery yet?
You can skip an upcoming subscription order through your subscription account.
Your subscription will then continue according to your updated schedule.
Please make any changes before the next scheduled order is processed.

6. Pausing Your Subscription
You can pause your subscription if you don’t need another delivery for a while.
While your subscription is paused, recurring orders will not be generated in accordance with the pause settings available through your subscription account.
You can resume your subscription when you’re ready.

7. Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your flexible subscription without a cancellation fee.
You can cancel future recurring orders through Manage My Subscription.
Cancellation should be completed before your next scheduled order is processed.
Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future subscription orders unless you choose to reactivate or start another subscription.
If an order has already been processed before you cancel, cancelling the subscription will stop future renewals, but it does not automatically cancel or refund the order that has already been processed.
Your rights in relation to that order will be governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and your applicable statutory rights.

8. Changing Your Delivery Address
You are responsible for ensuring that your subscription delivery address is accurate and up to date.
Please update your address before your next subscription order is processed.
If an order has already entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.

9. Payment Failures
If we are unable to collect payment for a scheduled subscription order, we or our payment/subscription provider may attempt the payment again.
You may be asked to update your payment method.
We may delay, pause or cancel a subscription where payment cannot successfully be collected.
We will not intentionally dispatch an unpaid subscription order.
10. Returns & Refunds
Cancelling your subscription and returning a product are separate processes.
Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring orders. It does not automatically create a refund for products that have already been supplied.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
11. Cooling-Off & Statutory Cancellation Rights
You may have additional cancellation rights under applicable UK consumer law when entering into an online subscription contract.
These rights are separate from Sunnah Store’s contractual ability for you to stop future subscription renewals.
Where a product has already been supplied, any return or refund will be dealt with in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Because Miswak is an individually sealed oral-care product, opening a seal may affect change-of-mind return rights where the applicable health or hygiene exception applies.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal standards.
12. Changes to Subscription Prices
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
If we intend to change the price of an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new price applies to a future recurring order.
You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the changed price takes effect.
We will not retrospectively change the price of an order that has already been processed.
13. Changes to Subscription Products or Plans
Occasionally, we may need to change, replace or discontinue a subscription product or plan.
Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, we will provide appropriate notice and explain the options available to you.
We will not substitute a materially different product without informing you where your agreement is required.
14. Promotions & Subscriber Benefits
From time to time, Sunnah Store may offer subscriber benefits such as:
- Promotional pricing
- Complimentary accessories
- Early access
- Subscriber-only offers
- Other rewards
Any additional conditions applying to a particular promotion will be explained when the offer is made.
Promotional gifts and introductory benefits may be limited to one per customer, household, subscription or other stated eligibility criteria.
Promotional benefits do not create an entitlement to receive the same benefit on every future subscription order unless this is expressly stated.
15. Cancellation by Sunnah Store
In limited circumstances, we may need to pause or end a subscription.
This may happen where, for example:
- A product is unavailable or discontinued
- Payment repeatedly fails
- We cannot fulfil orders to the delivery address provided
- We reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or abuse
- Continuing the subscription would breach applicable law
Where appropriate, we will contact you and will not charge you for future orders that we do not supply.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.
Where a change materially affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required and explain when the change will take effect.
Changes will not remove rights already provided to you by applicable consumer law.
